The UniWeb online help function can be accessed from any screen within the application and provides all the necessary information and clarifications regarding the transaction being performed, the steps following or preceding the transaction, or to clarify any issue: it is a dedicated, detailed guide that quickly and effectively helps the user, allowing them to maximize the full potential of the service.

If a user requires "personalised", fast and efficient technical support to activate or use the service, a dedicated contact center is ready to assist with extensive, qualified experience and professionalism; telephone support is also available from technicians who are able to work on the user's PC remotely (with their prior consent) thereby reducing response times and significantly increasing the quality of the service provided and ensuring customer satisfaction.
